1. Що це за сервіс
Semestra (далі — «Сервіс») — навчальний помічник для студентів, які користуються Google Classroom. Сервіс збирає твої завдання, терміни й матеріали курсу в одному місці, допомагає розібратися із завданням, пропонує структуру, пояснення та чернетку, а також оформлює роботу в документ Word за ДСТУ, таблиці й діаграми Excel і титульну сторінку. Сервіс не пов'язаний з Google.
2. Твоя відповідальність
- Чернетки й пояснення готують моделі штучного інтелекту — вони можуть помилятися. Ти перевіряєш, доопрацьовуєш і сам вирішуєш, що й у якому вигляді подавати викладачу.
- Дотримуйся правил академічної доброчесності свого навчального закладу. Сервіс — інструмент для навчання й оформлення, а не заміна власної роботи.
- Не використовуй Сервіс для порушення закону, прав інших людей або обмежень сервісів Google.
3. Доступ Google і дані
Сервіс отримує лише ті дозволи, які ти підтверджуєш під час входу. Відкликати їх можна будь-коли на myaccount.google.com/permissions. Як ми поводимося з даними — у Політиці конфіденційності і Політиці cookie.
4. Безкоштовний план
Базові можливості безкоштовні в межах денного ліміту запитів до моделей ШІ. Ліміти можуть змінюватися; актуальні значення показані на сайті.
5. Платні тарифи Pro і Ultra
- Pro — вищий денний ліміт запитів і до 5 моделей у режимі «Команда» на безкоштовних моделях. Оплата — переказом гривень на картку Monobank.
- Ultra — те саме, що Pro, плюс доступ до покращених і платних моделей ШІ з окремим денним і місячним лімітом використання (після його вичерпання працюють безкоштовні моделі). Оплата — криптовалютою USDT у мережі TRON (TRC20).
- Ціна й строк кожного тарифу вказані у вікні «⭐ Тарифи» на момент оплати (наприклад, Pro — 200 грн за 30 днів, Ultra — 10 USDT за 30 днів). Оплата разова, без автоматичного продовження. Повторна оплата того самого тарифу додає дні до поточного строку; перехід з Pro на Ultra діє з моменту оплати Ultra, а залишок уже оплаченого Pro не згорає — Ultra діє щонайменше до його кінця.
- Унікальна сума. Для кожної оплати сайт показує унікальну суму (копійки чи тисячні частки) — переказати потрібно рівно її протягом 30 хвилин: саме за нею сайт упізнає оплату. Комісію банку, мережі чи біржі сплачує той, хто переказує. Оплату можна скасувати до переказу кнопкою «Скасувати оплату».
- Активація — автоматично, щойно надходження з точною сумою з'явиться у виписці картки чи в блокчейні (зазвичай за кілька хвилин). Переказ із точною сумою, що надійшов пізніше (до 24 годин), також зараховується.
- Помилки під час оплати: якщо переказано іншу суму, в іншій мережі чи іншу монету — напиши на email нижче з часом переказу чи хешем транзакції, і ми спробуємо зарахувати оплату вручну. Перекази криптовалюти в мережах, відмінних від TRON (TRC20), можуть бути втрачені безповоротно.
- Повернення: якщо тариф не активувався з нашої вини, ми активуємо його вручну або повернемо кошти відправнику протягом 14 днів після звернення. Після активації кошти за поточний строк не повертаються.
- Ціни, ліміти й можливості тарифів можуть змінюватися для нових оплат; уже оплачений строк діє на умовах, чинних у момент оплати. Доступність окремих моделей ШІ залежить від їхніх постачальників і може змінюватися.
5.1. Реферальна програма
- Кожен користувач має особисте посилання-запрошення (вікно «⭐ Тарифи»). Якщо новий користувач уперше входить на сайт за цим посиланням і потім оформлює будь-яку платну підписку, обидва отримують додаткові дні тарифу Pro (кількість вказана у вікні «⭐ Тарифи», зараз — 7 днів).
- Дні нараховуються один раз — після першої підтвердженої оплати запрошеного. Якщо в користувача діє Ultra, дні додаються до нього.
- Бонусні дні не обмінюються на гроші й не передаються іншому акаунту.
- Запрошувати себе (другий акаунт), створювати акаунти лише заради бонусів чи іншим чином зловживати програмою заборонено — такі бонуси анулюються, акаунти можуть бути заблоковані.
- Умови програми можуть змінюватися; уже нараховані дні зберігаються.
6. Пожертви
Кнопка «Підтримати проєкт» веде на банку Monobank. Пожертва — добровільна безоплатна підтримка розвитку Сервісу: вона не є оплатою, не дає платного тарифу чи інших послуг і не повертається. Платіж обробляє Monobank; Сервіс не отримує даних твоєї картки.
7. Без гарантій
Сервіс надається «як є», без гарантій безперервної роботи чи правильності результатів. Безкоштовні моделі ШІ мають обмеження й іноді бувають недоступні. Ми можемо обмежити або припинити доступ у разі порушення цих умов.

1. What the Service is
Semestra (the "Service") is a study assistant for students who use Google Classroom. It brings your assignments, due dates and course materials into one place, helps you understand an assignment, suggests a structure, explanations and a draft, and formats your work as a Word document following the Ukrainian DSTU standard, Excel tables and charts, and a title page. The Service is not affiliated with Google.
2. Your responsibility
- Drafts and explanations are produced by AI models and may contain mistakes. You review and edit them and decide what to submit.
- Follow your institution's academic integrity rules. The Service is a tool for learning and formatting, not a substitute for your own work.
- Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or circumvent Google service restrictions.
3. Google access and data
The Service only receives the permissions you approve at sign-in. You can revoke them at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
4. Free plan
Basic features are free within a daily limit of AI requests. Limits may change; current values are shown on the site.
5. Paid plans: Pro and Ultra
- Pro — a higher daily request limit and up to 5 models in "Team" mode on free models. Paid by a UAH transfer to a Monobank card.
- Ultra — everything in Pro plus access to enhanced and paid AI models with separate daily and monthly usage limits (after they are used up, free models keep working). Paid in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20).
- Price and term of each plan are shown in the "⭐ Plans" window at the time of payment (e.g. Pro — 200 UAH for 30 days, Ultra — 10 USDT for 30 days). One-time payment, no automatic renewal. Paying again for the same plan extends the current term; upgrading from Pro to Ultra starts when Ultra is paid, and remaining paid Pro time is not lost — Ultra lasts at least until it would have ended.
- Unique amount. Each payment has a unique amount (kopecks or thousandths) — transfer exactly that amount within 30 minutes; this is how the payment is recognised. Bank, network or exchange fees are paid by the sender. You can cancel a payment before transferring with the "Cancel payment" button.
- Activation is automatic as soon as the exact amount appears in the card statement or on the blockchain (usually within minutes). A late transfer of the exact amount (up to 24 hours) is still credited.
- Payment mistakes: if you sent a different amount, network or coin, email us with the transfer time or transaction hash and we will try to credit it manually. Crypto sent on networks other than TRON (TRC20) may be irrecoverably lost.
- Refunds: if a plan was not activated due to our fault, we activate it manually or refund the sender within 14 days of your request. After activation, the current term is non-refundable.
- Prices, limits and features may change for new payments; a paid term keeps the conditions in effect at the time of payment. Availability of specific AI models depends on their providers and may change.
5.1. Referral program
- Every user has a personal invite link (the "⭐ Plans" window). When a new user signs in for the first time via that link and then buys any paid plan, both receive extra days of the Pro plan (the number is shown in the "⭐ Plans" window, currently 7 days).
- Days are credited once — after the invited user's first confirmed payment. If a user has Ultra active, the days are added to it.
- Bonus days cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
- Inviting yourself (a second account), creating accounts only for bonuses or otherwise abusing the program is prohibited — such bonuses are cancelled and accounts may be blocked.
- Program terms may change; days already credited are kept.
6. Donations
The "Support the project" button leads to a Monobank jar. A donation is voluntary, unpaid support for the Service: it is not a payment, does not grant a paid plan or any service, and is non-refundable. Monobank processes it; the Service never receives your card details.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability or correctness. Free AI models have limits and are sometimes unavailable. We may restrict or end access for violations of these terms.
